Sebagai bagian dari komitmen untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan derajat kesehatan masyarakat, Pemerintah Desa Ujan Mas menyediakan berbagai layanan kesehatan dasar yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh warga.
Saat ini, pusat layanan kesehatan masyarakat Desa Ujan Mas terletak di Dusun I, yang menjadi lokasi utama penyelenggaraan berbagai kegiatan kesehatan masyarakat.
Beberapa layanan kesehatan yang tersedia di Desa Ujanmas antara lain:
Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu)
Posyandu merupakan ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak di tingkat desa. Melalui kegiatan rutin yang diselenggarakan oleh kader kesehatan, Posyandu memberikan layanan seperti penimbangan balita, pemantauan pertumbuhan anak, pemeriksaan ibu hamil, pemberian vitamin, serta konsultasi gizi. Kegiatan ini didukung oleh tenaga medis dari puskesmas terdekat dan partisipasi aktif masyarakat.
Penyuluhan Kesehatan dan Imunisasi
Sebagai langkah preventif, Pemerintah Desa Ujan Mas secara berkala menyelenggarakan penyuluhan kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, pencegahan penyakit menular, serta pola asuh anak.
Selain itu, program imunisasi rutin juga dilaksanakan untuk melindungi anak-anak dari berbagai penyakit berbahaya, sesuai dengan jadwal nasional dari Dinas Kesehatan.
Melalui penyediaan layanan ini, diharapkan masyarakat Desa Ujan Mas dapat menikmati akses kesehatan yang lebih baik, serta tumbuh kesadaran kolektif terhadap pentingnya menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup secara menyeluruh.
